Terms & Conditions
Note: Some partner schools may also have their own terms and conditions in addition to MGW’s. MGW will provide agents with these policies. Agents are required to comply fully with: MGW’s policies, The individual school’s policies, and The Agent Agreement signed with MGW.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the use of My Global World Education Group (“MGW”) services, website, and partner network. By engaging with MGW, whether as a student, parent, or agent, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

MGW operates as a global study abroad hub, representing a family of schools and partner institutions. MGW facilitates introductions, applications, and admissions processes but does not itself deliver educational programs or issue degrees.

All tuition fees, payment schedules, refund policies, and other commercial terms are governed by the individual school’s Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed by agent and MGW.
Students and agents must review and accept the policies of the enrolling institution before confirming placement.
MGW is not responsible for refund decisions, tuition adjustments, or financial claims made by individual schools.
Important: Any application refusal arising from the submission of fake or fraudulent documents — whether by the student or the agent — will result in no refund of fees already paid.

To register for a course, simply complete the Enrollment Form and send it to our national representative or Alternatively enroll by sending an email to: info@MGW.education. You will receive written email confirmation of your booking and an invoice for your fees.
Visa students: please attach a copy of your passport.
Terms related to exclusivity, commissions, territories, or marketing rights are governed separately in the Agent Agreement signed between MGW and each agent.
Agents must at all times adhere to MGW’s marketing and communications policy. Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized information about MGW or its affiliated schools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Some partner schools may also have their own marketing and operational policies in addition to MGW’s. MGW will provide agents with these policies. Agents are required to comply fully with:
MGW’s policies,
The individual school’s policies, and
The Agent Agreement signed with MGW.
Breaching any one of these — MGW’s policy, the school’s policy, or the Agent Agreement — will result in immediate termination of the agency relationship.

MGW and its agents provide application processing and admissions support based on the information supplied by applicants.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.
MGW is not liable for delays, rejections, or visa issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions.

MGW’s family schools provide varying levels of accommodation, student care, and support services. The details of these services, and any related costs, are outlined in each school’s published materials and agreements.

The outlined terms are secondary to the primary terms outlined in agent agreement, and the terms and conditions of the individual institutions.
Students going to Switzerland or UK: In accordance with Visas and Immigration guidelines, we require payment of fees in full prior to issuing a visa letter of Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS). Students and must notify MGW immediately in the case of refusal or any changes to their status.Students going to USA or Malaysia: Before our partner schools issue an Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) a deposit has to be paid only – not full fees. Please see specific programs.
Refusal: If students fail to obtain their visa due to no fault of their own, students will receive a refund of the total amount except for a USD 500 administrative fee only after we receive written documentation from the consulate of your visa denial. Please note that there will also be a charge of one week’s homestay accommodation fees for any cancellation or postponement notified less than 14 days before the start of the course. Specific terms will apply to residential accommodation.

Students whom receive a part of, or full scholarship from MGW will, if they cancel participation at any time, need to pay the full course fee before stopping their participation in the program. Scholarships are normally given for students whom are in financial need and those students should therefor respect they take up the seat for another student.

MGW acts in good faith to ensure information accuracy but cannot guarantee:
Program availability at all times.
Admission or visa approvals (which remain the decision of schools and authorities).
Employment or career outcomes beyond those formally guaranteed by the enrolling institution.

MGW reserves the right to update or amend these T&Cs at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official MGW website.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes arising from the use of MGW’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
External Classroom – During busy periods, students may be taught off site. Further details will be available on the first day.

MGW will not be responsible for any costs incurred by or on behalf of the student or agent as a result of causes beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include but are not limited to riot, war, threat of war, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, unusually adverse weather conditions and infectious diseases.

Visa students: Students who require a visa are not be able to shorten or reduce the number of lessons of their course due to the terms of their visa.
Application fees are non refundable. Bank fees and charges will be deducted. Please always send fees to also cover all bank charges.
Accommodation fees: For bookings of 7 weeks or fewer, there will be no accommodation refund. For bookings of 8 weeks and over, students must give notice in writing 4 weeks prior to termination; otherwise a 4 week cancellation fee will apply. Specific terms will apply to residential accommodation.

No refund or credit will be offered for students who wish to change program or cancel after payment. Only in case of no visa for visa students there is a refund. For non visa student no refund is given of paid fees except in the case of a visa refusal.
Any refunds due will be paid to the person or organization who originally paid the fees and will be made within 45 calendar days of written confirmation (not counting public holidays).
MGW will only do refund if visa application is refused, provided that:
MGW has received full payment of Tuition Fees, Applications Fees and additional fees
You are required to send to MGW refusal document from Immigration Authorities, stating refusal reasons.
MGW will not make a refund once you obtain a visa but decide not to Enroll the program
MGW will make a refund direct to student or partner/agent that made the payment
Application Fee ares non-refundable in any circumstances.

All course fees must be according to the terms outlined in the admission letter issued by the institution students have applied to.
The following methods of payment are acceptable:
Only bank transfers to MGW Danish Bank account is accepted. Fees are paid in either USD, CHF, GBP or Euro.
All bank charges must be paid in advance by the sender. Please send a copy of the transfer document to MGW with all payments and specifics: Student’s name, Center, Dates and Invoice number.

MGW will not be responsible for any property loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or consequence of your use of MGW premises.
MGW will not be liable for the safekeeping and delivery of any post sent to you at MGW campus
