Master of Science (MSc) in International Hospitality & Tourism Management programme provides students with an industry relevant postgraduate academic progression route for those who want to build on their bachelor’s level qualification or improve their career progression.

The MSc programme is appropriate for both hospitality and tourism graduates and experienced hospitality and tourism managers without a first degree. And it provides an effective route for graduates in other fields who wish to make a career change into the growing hospitality and tourism industry.

✯ ACADEMIC STUDY

For 20 weeks there is onsite academic study. Students will attend lectures, scenario-based and case study discussions, company tours, guest speaker presentations and other learning activities.

✯ STUDY BREAK

For 1 month before internship, there will be a study break. Students must make arrangements for the study month. Students can choose to return home or explore Switzerland, at their own expense.

Note: Student will have to arrange accommodation during study break.

✯ PRACTICAL INTERNSHIP

The duration of the internship will be 24 weeks. Solidify your understanding of the industry through a six-month internship, where hands-on experience transforms theoretical knowledge into practical expertise.

    » Diploma degree in any discipline (business or hospitality preferred) with a minimum of 60 ECTS or equivalent, a minimum of 7-years of evidenced work experience at a managerial level or

    » High school certificate plus a minimum of 10-years of evidenced work experience at a managerial level (business or hospitality management experience preferred)
